The CPU will easily run Guild Wars.
However, the 4500M Intel IGP will struggle greatly.
I'd recommend a cheap graphics card if all you plan to run is Guild Wars.
Where are you located in the world?

tigerdirect.com or newegg.com are great places to order computer parts online, i'd go there looking for a video card.
guild wars really doesn't take much to run your old computer must've been...old ;p most modern computers should run gw with ease

lol its not really old but its just slow. have about 2GB memory with a 32-bit operating system and everytime i try to download betas or new games it would just go ridicously slow so i never even tried the better games like wow, GW, etc.
thank you ill take a look at them websites
edit: will this $50 graphic card be good enough? not just for GW but also for the better MMOs like Aion?

trying to run GW on integrated graphics is a bad idea. Your limiting factor is not the CPU. I have run GW on a T2500 before, but with ATI radeon mobile.
You probably cannot upgrade the graphics on that laptop.
It's even worse with texmod, don't even try on integrated.

I should have been more precise, yes this is a laptop. I was wondering how would I get that into the laptop.
anyways will this laptop not work because of the low graphic engine?

It should run guild wars...well on the other hand is a different story.
It shouldn't even need the driver error fix that other intel GMA's needed.
But I doubt it will be able to handle max settings with playable fps, but if your just looking for playable. But, yeah, stuff...

Basically, anything that says Intel under either of these sections. Will struggle with max settings. As far as I know. Moriz or elder or someone who has been paying more attention may have more up to date information. But as far as I know they have yet to make anything that handles GW at max settings well.

It's not even a question of running it well - there are some graphically-intensive areas in the newer content that low end Intel integrated solutions won't run at all without hackage.

the GMA 4500M (the first setup) won't need any hackage. The second should also be just fine although I'm not 100% sure.

Hey, welcome to GWGuru
Something that needs to be asked; what's your budget? It may be easier in the long run for us to suggest a laptop that will max out GW and meet your budget. With that said, I would go with the HD3200 over any of the other options. I've owned a couple motherboards with that integrated chipset and they ran GW fine on a 19" LCD (1440 x 900) with no AA and +/- 30 fps, drop the settings or the resolution and you should be fine, even in NF & EoTN.
